Big News from the Hunt4TownCouncil Team!
What motivates Lori?
I support:
Keeping Prescott Valley one of the safest jurisdictions in AZ, the last survey by PropertyClub ranked OUR PV #3. When I was appointed in 2019 the Town ranked 11 of the 81 jurisdictions in AZ.
Providing quality, safe, free and accessible family events. Our four signature events draw thousands of people and give families an opportunity to spend time together while having fun.
Investing in roads, parks, sidewalks, trails and other infrastructure. PV invested over $16 million in roads and connectivity projects in 2023. The Town has invested heavily in multiple park improvements and one of the most exciting regional amenities is the YMCA.
Testimonials
Dear Lori,
Look at the what one of our major donors just said about the town council of PV after learning how supportive you all have been of Agape House! I will also be sharing this with Mike & social media after the proceedings of today and final approval has been received! So much to give thanks for!
“Congratulations! It’s very encouraging to see local governments step up to the plate and assist… especially at a time when there is so much national political bickering. Your city fathers have endorsed a quality social program run by quality people. Hats off to you!”
Lori- you really mean a lot to Agape House as a person, but also in your role you serve. I wanted to thank you for your leadership and vision. I am glad to have you as a town leader, even if I don’t live in that town.
Thank you for your major support, leadership, and dedication!

Lori Hunt is a beautiful woman of God that I met approximately one year ago. Matthew 7:20 says, Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
As our friendship has grown, I have seen that she bears good fruit. I have seen the hands of feet of Jesus in action through her life. During her term as Vice Mayor for the Prescott Valley City Council, I have seen her support good causes, which makes me proud to say that we are friends.

Lori joined the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2019 and became a member of the Chamber’s Executive Board. She served on the Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation Commission and has served as a host at Park Collective. Other volunteer commitments include a focus on the wellbeing of kids as a member of the Humboldt Education Foundation and Matforce. Lori started the Illegal Fentanyl Working Group, a subcommittee of Matforce, to educate school aged kids about the dangers and devastation of Illegal Fentanyl.
